Deputies: cross-dressing sex offender turns himself in | Crime
Winter Haven, Florida -- Polk deputies say a man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender turned himself in over the weekend.
A warrant was issued for 34-year-old Brelon Small's arrest after investigators learned he moved out of his home and did not provide his new address to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, as required by law.
Small, who has many different aliases and often dresses as a woman, is a Registered Sex Offender due to a 2006 conviction for Lewd and Lascivious Acts Upon a Child. He was also out on bond from a previous arrest in November 2011 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Investigators say Small turned himself in to the Polk County Jail on Sunday. He is currently being held without bond.
