Men steal purses while women take Zumba class | Crime
Polk County, Florida-- Polk County Sheriff's deputies seek the public's assistance in identifying suspects responsible for vehicle burglaries that took place while women attended Zumba class.
According to PCSO, this past May, two black male suspects broke into several women's vehicles that were parked at the Dundee Community Center and stole their purses.
The men were driving a black Dodge Charger or Chrysler 300, say officials.
After the thefts, and into the month of June, several of the victims' stolen checks were cashed at banks in Lake Hamilton, Kissimmee, Orlando and Osceola counties.
PCSO encourages anyone with information about these crimes, or anyone who can recognize the suspect in the bank surveillance images to contact Detective Michael Britt 863-255-6184.
