Massage therapist charged with lewd acts on patient | Crime

Haines City, Florida - A licensed massage therapist is accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl he was treating for a skin condition, police said today.

Xavier David Perez, 65, of Frostproof was taken into custody after the child's mother filed a complaint with police.

"The victim, whose name is not being disclosed, stated during the treatment Mr. Perez blindfolded her and performed the lewd and lascivious acts on her, saying he needed to do this type of treatment to correct her skin condition," police said.

Sex toys and condoms were recovered during a search of the business, at Notary Inc, of 705 East Hinson Avenue, police said.

Perez was booked into the Polk County jail on four counts of Committing Lewd and Lascivious Acts Upon A Child less than 16 years of Age.
