Get your boaters' ID card at America's Boating Course Saturday
Bartow, Florida-- The Lakeland Sail and Power Squadron, Inc. will teach "America's Boating Course" on Saturday, June 2 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at Rotary Park, 530 6th St NE, Winter Haven, FL 33881.
According to the Bartow Chamber of Commerce, students who successfully complete this course will receive their Florida Boater ID card.
The ID card is required for boat operators born on or after January 1, 1988.
Course attendees may qualify for a discount on boat insurance.
The cost of the course and material is $35.00.
Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. To pre-register, call 863-667-9047.
