UPDATE: Police looking for missing or endangered adult in Winter Haven | News

WINTER HAVEN - UPDATE: Police have located Leon Devontae Smith and he is safe.

Winter Haven Police are asking the public to help locate a mentally disabled Winter Haven man who hasn't been seen nor heard from since 11 p.m. Monday night.

Leon Devontae Smith was last seen at his home, 11th St., NE in Winter Haven on 11-27 at 11 p.m. Family believes he left on foot.

Smith suffers from Epilepsy, has diminished mental capacity functioning at a 10 year-old level and is suicidal. He was last seen wearing a white "V-Neck" shirt, black jeans with black athletic shoes. He is possibly carrying a red backpack.
